Well Bleach is almost done so it should have a good ending by the look of it. I haven't read the Naruto manga so I'm not sure how close it is to finishing.

I think Kubo stated that he has at least 2 more arcs planned.
And there's a lot of plotholes left in the series as well. I doubt it's ending soon.

And if it is, then wow. The story is so bad if they leave it at this.

I've seen all four, and the fourth one is an event that happens after season 1 (but before season 2) of Ookami to Koushinryou (Spice & Wolf). Wolves (ookami [which is also means god with different kanji]) are just a popular theme in Japan, I guess.

Also, you might as well start Ookami-san, since it'll end within this week, so either it'll be out by the time you reach the finale, or you'll only have to wait a few days if you watch the episodes currently out quick enough. I personally really enjoyed Ookami-san this season. One of my favorites this season.

if it was a ~dere house, wouldn't it be mortgage..? or is house meant to be a term that you have a roof over your head and doesn't have to physically be a house (apartment, condo, etc).

Well, considering this is a "~dere house", being split among the dere subtypes would make more sense. If it was split between a tsun side and a dere side, it would be more of a "tsundere house".

and yeah tsundere to yandere is 60-40
it used to be 100-0 in tsundere favor, but the whole higurashi cast is in it, so yandere is aight i guess.
