I come in and take 18%-21% On Surf, heal with lefties so I have about 88% health left.

You probably Twave me,(Now am I paralyzed this turn or next turn?)
Regardless I use amnesia and now you can do max 10% damage on STAB Surf. After that I just Seismic Toss you 5 times for the win
