Pretty much. I wish Nintendo would buy SEGA...and while they are at it buy Square Enix... That company is needs some help.
If Sakurai doesn't want the same 3rd parties to return, no amount of partnerships between the two will change that (unless Nintendo overrides him -- which... well that situation probably won't present itself), but considering Sakurai thinks positively of Sonic's inclusion, the fact that Sega is so friendly with Nintendo right now, and that cutting the most requested character ever will cause a ****storm like no other, I'd say chances are pretty damn good he'll be back.

I'm planning to get all DLC for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed anyways but if he's actually implying Mario as a DLC character then that would be possibly the best news ever and I'd totally lose it (and yes, I'm aware that Mario was considered for the first game which makes his statement more likely)
A lot of people sadly. There are a bunch of people who are willing to put up with and defend all of their sh*tty business practices/behaviour because of the games they make.
For the dude to say that it's weaker than 360, tells me he has no clue what Moore's Law is.Nintendo couldn't make the WiiU weaker than the 360 even if they tried. The companies that made the parts for the xbox/ps3 have halted production of those parts for new line parts. Nintendo would have to pay companies MORE to mass produce outdated parts that they no longer make.
That's what happens when you have ignorant people working on companies.
That scares me if THIS dude is EA's Senior Engineer...
