In regards to the image with Mario in it, the staff looks to be level with Mario's cap instead of slightly behind him. Her left arm seems to be going in that direction too.

And I've never seen THIS argument come up in any other screen leaks. Well, still not convinced that they aren't on plane.

Thank you sir. In the first picture, you can see that the lighting on Mario's skin is about the same color as in the Developer Direct back in June. It distorts the depth when comparing it, Mario's skin, to Palutena, and her model in general; let the discussing begin!

So I looked into these pictures for a while, and there are a few small discrepancies that I noticed that may contribute to the pictures being fake.

In the two areas I circled in red: the bush/tree looks like it was cut out from a different picture at a different angle. There seems to be a darker shade of blue immediately surrounding the bush/tree which makes me think that it was cut out from something else. Why else would this different shade be there?

Regarding the circle near Palutena's head: the floating thing behind her, at least in my opinion, should show up, even the slightest bit, to the left of her head. The right of the floating thing (from our POV; our right) stretches far enough for the left side to show up past her head in the picture. It isn't there, however. These two discrepancies might just point to the thought that these leaks are indeed fakes.

I don't want to sound like a COMPLETE killjoy, but isn't it kind of ridiculous and self-defeating to say this is DEFINITELY a legitimate leak under the premise of "Not a single human being on the entire internet would go through this much effort to troll people"? Other evidence totally aside, this one doesn't actually mean much of anything.

I didn't notice how messed up the bottom of that staff was until you circled it. I am starting to lean on "the leak is fake" again.

Can't really tell what i'm supposed to be looking at. :\

For example, you see where the cloud is at the bottom of the picture, within the red circle? There's a little pixel of blue on top of it, branching off from the bush/tree, which makes me think that this bush/tree was cut from a different picture and some of the sky was accidentally cut with it.
