I adressed the staff issue, but the halo issue bothers me.

Well clipping is a frequent thing in games, especially Smash.

I'd need an example of it to make an opinion, but, I didn't see anything wrong with either picture with the halo.

No the character designers can change things about characters from their franchise to smash. Just look at any character. none of them are carbon copies from their original game. The alignment isn't right? ok??????? People like that probably thought that Giga Bowser wasnt real.

I haven't been this excited since 3 months ago with the Pokemon X and Y leaks. Palutena confirmation tomorrow please Sakurai, or I will blow a gasket!

She won't be revealed tomorrow, don't get your hopes up like that! :/ I'm so confidant, that if she is revealed tomorrow, I will post a video of myself trying to eat my hat.

Also, for those saying "Where's the HUD?" it's not a stretch to think that they may not always use the hud stuff when playtesting and stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if when testing, say a new character, they didn't have a lot of the art assets on the screen. (I have no idea if that's the case, but I don't think it's far fetched)

Sakurai has already said the outlines aren't always consistent, so that point is irrelevant.

They need to explain why it's blatantly fake. The reasons they posted aren't good enough to disconfirm it.

Not really, aside from the issues we've already addressed none of the points strike me as something that's truly proving of this being fake. Plus, saying that they don't need to prove it doesn't win them any points...

There's always the off chance that Nintendo "accidentally" leaked this to build hype, especially with a recent report (I think it was from Famitsu) earlier this week that when it came to upcoming games the Japanese were looking forward to, Smash Bros wasn't even in the top 10. Definitely a stretch but it would have been an incredibly smart move on Nintendo's part given how quickly this all went viral.
