This actually throws a little more mystery onto the "Special Flag" item. I think a lot of us had assumed that it was a Namco-specific Assist Trophy, which would have included the Galaga ships. If Galaga is a separate item, that would suggest our assumptions about the Special Flag could be wrong.

Galaga is a game where you fly around in a spaceship and shoot stuff. In the game, the Boss shown here can take one of your spaceships and convert it to the enemy side. If you can come in on the next turn with your new ship and take out the boss without hurting the ship that was abducted, it joins you and you get double the fire power.

It would be pretty cool if that were to happen, if you were to rescue your character from the boss using the ship and then the ship joined you for double firepower.

I like this item, because you can fight back when caught in a very innovative way.

It's been said to be an item in the reveal of it. It's a little confusing because it does SEEM like an AT, but it isn't.
