This really doesn't look that accurate to me:
People said Squirtle was the fastest of the three and that Luigi was faster.
I would really like a second opinion, but your efforts are appreciated.

Charizard definitely looks faster if you watch videos because he glides instead of running.

He isn't talking about attack speed (in which case this list would all kinda of f*ed up)
He's talking about running speed, so this list seems pretty accurate.

I'm slightly disappointed with how slow Link is, thats ridiculous, get in shape you @&!^%#.
