Does anyone find it cruel that Kirby pulls Pikmin to instantly throw them to their death? He pulled them pre-maturely or something, for them to not be strong enough to withstand the force of instantly being barraged at the ground. If they hit the ground they should just burrow back inside.

I actually liked Shadow the Hedgehog for the horrible try-hard mess that it is. I should probably run through it again for a good laugh.

Most Sonic characters annoy the hell out of me, but I always found Blaze pretty cool. She honestly serves as a better foil for Sonic than Shadow imo.

idk about that but he's certainly one of my favorite Sonic characters(in SA2, idc about any Sonic game after), and he could've been so unique with all his chaos shenanigans, Knuckles is just gonna be a Sonic clone that punches in a few moves instead of kicking -_-

If you think Knuckles could be more of a Sonic clone than Shadow would be, you are mistaken. Shadow in his first and just about all appearances when he's not primarily using stupid slower-than-running vehicles and guns with terrible targetting is basically just a carbon copy of Sonic. Chaos spear is not enough of a difference for two characters that are essentially identical in their gameplay. If anything, he's typically the same as Sonic without all the goodies that Sonic gets (Like the bounce bracelet in SA2).

Knuckles on the other hand plays differently enough that it doesn't feel like you're ever playing as Red Sonic. He glides, he climbs walls (probably wouldn't translate well to Smash if he were in fact used), he digs into the ground, busts through walls by punching them, he runs slower, and jumps shorter. The only thing that he has in common with Sonic in the classic series is that he can spin dash and he can damage enemies by jumping/rolling into them.

That second part is in total agreement (Especially if Knux could have his goofy ass hat from Sonic the Hedgehog the movie).
I'm still of the belief that giving him what is essentially a Shoryuken as his UpB would be the most interesting choice. That was my favorite part of him in Sonic Advance 3 (When partnered with Tails). He functioned as a fighting game character in a platformer and it was glorious.
