Sports Peach wouldn't work, I'd think. Some of her moves rely on her dress to act as a hitbox. Removing that would act as an indirect buff since the opponent wouldn't be able to see the attack properly.

For ice climbers, since there is no real other game or canon to them... how about just have them dressed like legit Mt Everest climbers... with the goggles and the brightly coloured jackets.
