PK Flash and PK Freeze Compare and Contrast

Actually, it's gonna be harder to hit with PK freeze than Ness's PK thunder in melee. PK Thunder goes wherever you want, but Freeze goes in an arc. They travel at almost exactly the same speed.

I want to see if PK fire is good for approaching/starting combos/edgeguarding more. I have a feeling that Lucas is gonna be a beast when it comes to edgeguarding.

Nope, it's definitely going to be a lot easier to hit with PK Freeze.

PK Flash never went exactly where you wanted: you could control its horizontal range, but it actually went straight up and then straight down in a very wide arc. This means that it was not viable to hit an opponent in front of you, since it took a while before the attack came to ground level at all.

PK Freeze, on the other hand, starts out at ground level and travels more horizontally than vertically. This means you'll be able to hit opponents in front of you quickly when it counts.
