Because he was due by now. I have not received any messages from him regarding anything. Even if he does return at some point, he's very late and we'll likely have to delay the tournament.

I've been trying all sorts of different setups and I can't find a way to stream from a webcam that allows me to play comfortably and keeps the game in the picture most of the time.
