Is it just me or am I too lazy to beat a lot of games. I don't know I just get uninterested in beating a game for some reason. Well anyway, here's my list.
Jet Set Radio
Demon's Souls
Dark Souls
Metal Gear Solid 1-3
Shovel Knight
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse
Dust: An Elysian Tale
Uncharted
All of the Batman Arkham Games

I have quite a bit on my list. I have more but I don't feel like listing them right now. Those games are on my priority to beat.

Sounds like you need to hit up http://www.backloggery.com/

On mine, I tally 314 unfinished games. So, uh, I'm not gonna list those here.

Of immediate concern are Persona Q and GTAV. Those are the things I'm working on right now.

Also, I highly recommend you play the Metal Gear Saga asap! You won't regret it!

Uh, yeah. My backlog is crazy. Maybe not as high as Nixon_Corral's, but it's up there.

I'll probably list whatever I have to finish from the latest gens. It'll be easier on me on counting/listing them.

The most recent game I need to finish are Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. I'm near the very end of Twilight Princess, but I've been too lazy/busy to finish it. Other than that I'm already caught up on any game unless you count Pokemon Shuffle.

Persona 3 and Persona 2. I never got around to finishing P3 due to getting tired of its more obtuse mechanics and its story losing me. I got damn near the end of the game and one of these days I want to just sit down and finish it so I can just tick it off my list. As for Persona 2, I started it over spring break and got about half way through the game. So far it's been pretty fantastic, but I haven't really had the time to sit down and finish it. I plan to wrap it up once summer hits and I have more free time.

Haha, yeah, it's exacerbated by being a retro collector. So even when new games aren't coming out that I'm interested in, I'm buying NES/SNES/Genesis/etc stuff to play. But new releases certainly don't help either. I've tried to slow down a bit, though, because owning them doesn't do me any good if they're just sitting on the shelf!

I actually liked P3's story a lot. For what it's worth, I thought the last couple of months made the whole game worth it, so the plot really heats up towards the end, IMO.

Which P2 are you playing? I've heard mixed things about both and never know if I should take the leap (same for Persona 1, for that matter).

It probably comes from jumping right into P3 immediately after finishing P4. IMO P4 really cut away the fat and refined the best parts of P3, making P3 kind of hard to go back to. On the story front, P3 always felt like it was trying really hard to be this dark, edgy, emotional thought provoking masterpiece with a number of out of place anime tropes (because robot girls and shotas are so anime, rite guiz?). P4 on the other hand never really felt like it wanted to be anything but itself IMO. In P4 it felt more like they created a solid cast of characters and came up with an interesting story for them to star in and let the story just be itself.

Which P2 are you playing? I've heard mixed things about both and never know if I should take the leap (same for Persona 1, for that matter).
Eternal Punishment. I'll say this right now do not play this game if you're looking for something like Persona 3 and 4. P2 is most certainly a Shin Megami Tensei game, not a Persona game. Dungeon crawling is prominently featured, the SMT series' demon diplomacy is a major part of game play and the difficulty is noticeably higher than P3 and P4's (although I will note you the game has two mechanics that you can easily abuse to rip through most fights).

On the story front, your entire parity consists of adults, there are zero school life aspects and the overarching narrative is an end-of-the-world-via-otherwordly-forces type of plot you'd expect of an SMT game. I haven't played Innocent Sin, and Eternal Punishment is pretty obviously part two. The story moves at a breakneck speed, a lot of things are vaguely explained and it seems to trust that you already have a good grasp on things the second you boot up the game. That being said, if you're able to really pay attention the narrative is very engaging, and the entire cast is very likable.

tl;dr: Don't go in expecting Persona as presented by P3 and P4, and you might enjoy it if you like the other SMT games.

I don't buy a lot of games very often, and typically I buy them years after release. Eh.

I was trying to look for a good site to keep track of the games I have played and need to play. I found Backloggery but that 2007 look and having to manually put in every single game kind of turned me away.

I've been trying to use this other one so far, which has the names and boxarts of games and stuff already set up: https://www.grouvee.com/user/wingedarcher7/shelves/

All the games on my list of what I need to play are under the "Backlog" part of my shelves.

I haven't played that game more than five times in close to a decade... I played it pretty much daily in 2004 then got stuck at the volcano and quit. Whenever I go back to it, I get surprised at how hard it is and get frustrated at the poor checkpoint placement and/or the camera.

Thanks for the (accidental on wingedarcher's case) recommendation! I've been using this for a bit now since I looked it up, and it's actually not that bad.

Haha, I actually ended up giving in and making an account on Backloggery. I honestly like it even more than I did that other site I linked. Adding all the games at first took a bit, but it's very worth it at the end. I like the way individual profiles for people look as well as being able to note and categorize my games. It has a more active community too, which is cool.

My backlog/unfinished games is/are...

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Bayonetta 2
The Order: 1886 or whatever the year is
Uncharted 2
Fire Emblem: Sacred Seth

That's about it. I guess I could count Majora's Mask 3D but I've already beaten the N64 version on my shelf so eh.

So, you got about an hour into the game, then?

On topic, this summer I want to finish up Persona 2 EP and Xenoblade. If I still have time after that I wanna finally get around to playing one of the Japan exclusive FE games, I'm thinking either Binding Blade or one of the SNES games.

Also, does anyone know if Bayo2 still comes bundled with Bayo1? I might pick that up and play them both back to back.

If you're looking to organize your list on what to beat first, put this one on top. It can be beaten in one sitting apparently.

I think so, it doesn't seem like a "limited time only come and buy it now!" kind of thing.

In priority order: (Mostly 3DS stuff since that's the console I use most)
Pokémon mystery dungeon: explorers of darkness
Unlock all characters in Mariokart 7
Mario Golf World Tour
Postgame on Pokémon: Fire Red (WOW, have I put that off!)
Far Cry 3
Kirby's Epic Yarn
Kinect Wipeout (UGGHHH the kinect. I shouldn't even put this on this list)

And these will probably add to this list eventually:
Buy and complete Pokémon HG/SS and Pokémon B2/W2
Buy and complete Pokémon mystery dungeon: Gates to infinity

I definitely need to finish Skyward Sword so I can finally say I've played through every console Zelda. I've tried twice so far, but just end up stopping midway through for some reason.
