No, but it's easy to assume since it's always Melee vs. Brawl. Clearly, SSB4 can only be somewhere between the two, and Sakurai decided to play favorites to the game people didn't like and decided it should be like Balloon Fight just to screw over competitives.

Honestly I wouldn't really ask him much about Smash and everything to do with Kirby. I guess I'd ask him what Kirby's canon origin is. I'm dying to know. Games don't state anything, anime isn't canon but hints at an origin. I'm curious to know about Kirby and the Kirby-verse. I'd also want to know... if given the opportunity to have complete control and no restrictions... if he'd ever work on another Kirby game.

Eh, guess I only get one question but I have so many regarding Kirby. Haha sorry but not so much Smash related.
