Why do characters with tether grabs get kill throws that can kill before 100%?

BTW, you can jump out of dthrow to avoid the judge part and potentially punish your opponent.

There's no better feeling in the world than be being killed by a frame 22 fsmash at 45%.

Lucas' smashes are all incredibly annoying.

Forward Smash punishes anything and everything with great range and KO ability before 110%, Up Smash has stupid range and kills before 80%, and Down Smash has that stupid "reverse hitbox" and only needs a decent read to kill before 100%, might I mention that the hitboxes on Up and Down Smash last for days?
(tbh, i'm just picking random characters at this point)
