You should try not to spread the page out by posting those HUGE *** pics lmao.

edit: it's funny seeing these lists cause you can definitely tell the age of most of
these people by just looking at the list and what primary system they owned

Xenoblade Trailer

Scenery trailer http://youtu.be/IXcs6iJzpPM

Not sure if it's mentioned here already but If you like JRPGs as much as I do then you should definitely check out Xenoblade For Wii.

Directed by Tetsuya Takahashi, who is the man behind the Xenogear/Saga series. Xenoblade is not related to those games story wise though.

Yeah, it's only for Wii and it's only Japan and UK but you can import it..and stuff

The music alone is amazing and tracks were composed by some of the best in the industry such as Yoko Shimomura who is best known for her work on the Kingdom hearts series and Yasunori Mitsuda who's best known for the Chrono series .

There is plenty of things that I love game such as the removal of random encounter battles and MMO style gameplay, but what really shines in this game is the fact that you can pretty much explore where ever the **** you want and there so much to explore it's ridiculous lol. The actual world is a super colossal god that has been pretty much immobilized for millions of years with many different areas(it takes about 10 minutes to run across his leg. lol

I'm not one to care much for graphics, but Xenoblade does a great job with pushing the wii hardware to it's limits and the amazing art work of the game makes up for most of the graphical shortcomings imo.

The overdose of side quests are the only thing that I didn't really like about the game. While side quests are great and optional, most of them are useless and sometimes I wonder some are even worth doing for the amount of exp/raise affinity with the town people that give them to you.

I'm almost at the end of the game at about 70 hours with my characters at around 73 without even finishing most of the side quests yet which I hear by the time you're done with all of them you'll clock out at around 120 hours.

So yeah, this game is on my top ten, and it's def game of the year as well as one of the best jrpgs i've played in a long time.

/hype
Last Story is another game i must get my hands on LOL

Much respect to the Shenmue listing. It's a really nice series.

I'm interested in Trying Xenoblade and Shadow Hearts looking what you guys had to say about them. I remember Xenoblade because of how much people were demanding it be localized along with Last Story.

7. Metal Gear Solid 3

HARD runner ups : Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Mario 64, Majora's Mask, all other Mega Man X and Metroid games, Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Sonic and Knuckles, Mega Man 2 and 3, Dynasty Warriors 4, and...

I've played so many Pokemon games each for so long it is difficult to include just any 1 of them, though Emerald springs to mind as being my favorite in-game wise.

Damnit, I want JapDub/EngSub version.

SA2 is a place holder because I couldn't think of anything else I REALLY liked. There's Tales of Vesperia, but I've only watched bits and pieces of it as my friends played and played maybe the first 6 hours of it myself. Kingdom Hearts 2 I'm on the fence with, since it used to be a favorite, but I recently started a new game and it felt kind meh. Pokemon: Emerald Version could probably take the spot. I played the **** out of that game.

It's soooo good you don't even know

but yeah, try to download Tales of Innocence with English translation, it's really good and I played the crap out of that game. The only issue I had is that between the semifinal dungeon and the final dungeon the difficulty skyrocketed and I had a hard time levelling lawl

1. Super Smash Brothers Melee - Gamecube
No explanation needed... game changed my life.

2. Super Mario 64 - Nintendo 64
It reinvented video games. Slick controls, awesome music, huge open worlds, and vibrant colors... everything a Mario game is supposed to be and more.

3. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Nintendo 64
The definitive Zelda game... built on what made Ocarina of Time great. It had tons of side quests, a creepy undertone, a touch of non-linear storytelling, and a living/breathing world to explore.

4. Resident Evil: 4 - Gamecube
Every situation was unique - an excellent blend of the survival/horror element that was also dependent on split second decision making. The visuals are still impressive in 2011.

5. The World of Warcraft - PC
The MMO that everyone is still trying to catch up to. Love it or hate it, it just does so many things right that you have to respect it.

6. Perfect Dark - Nintendo 64
The better version of Goldeneye 007 and my favorite arena-style FPS to date. It felt like you were playing online without actually playing online.

7. Oblivion - PC
For me, this game killed the story-driven/linear RPG. This game was Dungeons and Dragons for when my friends weren't around.

8. Battlefield: 2 - PC
A different way to play the FPS. More options, bigger maps, and more players.

9. Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes - Gamecube
The best stealth game I've ever played. A excellent update of the classic that I never experienced on the Playstation.

10. Penumbra: The Black Plague - PC
The only game that has ever scared me. Interesting physics-based puzzles and a haunting Lovecraft-inspired theme make this a truly unique gaming experience. Lights off... volume up.

Pretty generic list, I only own nintendo systems and the ps1/ps2 so I've played only a handful of the most popular games.
