Falco's recovery is mediocre with good DI.
whereas roy and bowser have very few options when it comes to recovery, falco has an angled up-b and his side-b. if you tech you can also immediately side-b during invincibility frames to ensure you grab the ledge.

it's not the best recovery, but it's nowhere near as bad as roy's or bowser's

I was gonna do it to ensure everyone had the official set by making everyone's SD go under the update, but apparently the set is too glitchy for that now. <_<
