I should have just bought it when it was $30 earlier today. Now they are all $60 bucks. ****ing scalpers.
So, I caved and bought an Japanese import for Lucina, since I am terrifed this will be one of the unpopular ones that is never rereleased.

Yeah I might have to look into getting an import too...at least they have a cooler box art.

You know what the worst part is? My younger brother managed to snag both Lucina and Robin off amazon. I hate him so much right now *shakes fist*

What places can you go to get the Japanese imports besides eBay? I DID see $30 dollar ones off eBay before yesterday but now all of the prices skyrocketed. ;/

On Amazon they list Japanese imports entirely separately from the western ones.

@Sanae Because those who were desperate to get a figure bought up all of the $30 offers since it was release day and scalpers want the price to be higher so they limit how much of their own supply they put on the market. So the increase in supply is limited and the demand sores. The end result is our suffering.

I also managed to get the Japanese import of Lucina for just $30 on eBay, which I'm gonna keep in the box as it's just for collection purposes. Of course, this was before I got the U.S. version of her.

So apparently Japan is going to get a second release of all the Fire Emblem related amiibos next month to coincide with Fire Emblem If's release. Why do I get the feeling that the reason that there apparently was plenty of Robin and Lucina Amiibos in Japan but effectively zero in the west because the game is coming out soon there but not until 2016 here? Seems to me like they probably considered Japan getting them a higher priority, with there being functionality with that game.

On the bright side, this does mean it is likely to see a rerelease of the two in the west around the time Fire Emblem If is released here, so that's good. Will probably wait to get my Robin Amiibo until then, as I already spent $35 bucks (including shipping, which I imagine is the bulk of the cost) on the Lucina Amiibo.

I actually downloaded all my mains or favorite characters of abyss wolfs art. Really nice art That's well made.

I tried finding the Lucina amiibo on May 29. Had no luck as they were gone. Others such as Pac-man, splatoon 3 pack, charizard, Wario, inkling boy and girl, and silver Mario were in good supply though for the places I went to. Surprised the two game stops I went to even had any of the new amiibo left. However, I made an amazing discovery when I went toy r us. They had not one or two, but FIVE Marth's! FIVE! I couldn't believe it and I was in awe. Of course, I bought one and it was awesome. Best part. They put them on the shelves as soon as I entered the store and not when the long line was there when it opened. Also had the one per person policy. Thank goodness to. It's also the new one with no ugly eyes or big nose. Heck, the best buy I went to, even though they were out of Robins. They said they had 11 of them in stock when it opened!

I also preordered Pac-man from Walmart, and it's on the way. I hope to get my hands on a Lucina amiibo, but I'm going to wait it out first, because why waste so much money on one amiibo when something better can get bought? I leaned my lesson from spending too much on Pokemon cards and I only get the amiibo's of my smash mains or ones with cool functionality. Reason I got Marth, for Codename Steam. Also because I didn't want to miss out on the restock of it or the chance to get him. Especially since he works with fire emblem if.

I like collecting myself. But I only get Pokemon cards now on very rare occasions now or when a nice opportunity arises. Can't believe people are just getting the amiibo's for collecting... I might get all of them in the future, but not for a very long time or anytime soon. I don't see anyone collecting skylanders or Disney infinity figurines or waiting in big lines to get them.

Camped out at Target last Friday at 5 AM in the mornin', brought my 3DS and played For Glory (via a mobile hotspot on my phone) while I waited for the store to open, my mom and I were 7th in line. When it did, first toys we passed by were Jiggs and Silver Mario and we grabbed both, and the first thing on my mind was to get and grab Lucina if they had her since. I saw one figurine left and I grabbed it immediately, and I got her! Even though she isn't technically my main or anything, I always found Lucina to be a really cool character and she and were literally the figurines I've been waiting for out of the whole line, and I managed to obtain both of them in the same day!! Can't tell you how happy I am. I also ended up getting from target and later , the former of which is one of my Top 5 characters and another figurine I've been awaiting. I have the 6 pack from gamestop pre-orderd as well as the splatoon bundle that's expcted to be delivered to my house tomorrow with Robin, Wario, and Ness in it; and then I'll have the entire wave 4 in my collection. This is the first time I've ever actually done some amiibo hunting myself, my mom does most of it while I'm in school, and i have to say its been a real fun experience despite being a long day.

Omg, I might be getting the Lucina amiibo after all!
I have a friend that lives in Australia who told me that he got restocks of certain amiibos and he was lucky enough to buy Lucina for me! He also got Ness for me too which I'll give to my boyfriend since he's a huge Ness/Earthbound fan. He's dying for the Ness amiibo so I'll be more than glad to give it to him. Better to give than to receive~

Finally got back into playing Lucina after the doldrums of losing faith in her.

Always feels good to trump a good player with a low-tier hero.

It's sometimes difficult to play as a low tier but I like the character enough to stick by them and keep playing as them. But that's just me.

Honestly, if I didn't already she was classified as low-tier I couldn't tell the difference. She's my best character by far.
I play Lucario and Rosalina and ironically suck with both of them.

I was so bad with Rosalina that I just kinda stopped playing as her. :/
I mained her in Mario Kart but in Smash it's a different story for me.

I tried Rosalina as well and just couldn't manage. She's a great character but simply not my style sadly.

Tentacles, Japan, and a surprisingly very hyped game which earned its merit in the long run. It was inevitable the day it was announced. And yes, Rosalina is really hard to control, which is why I don't want to take the time to be somewhat decent at her. It's also the same reason I don't like to play as Robin.

For some reason I was able to get the hang of Robin and play them really well, but I just never got to that level with Rosalina.

I actually nearly dropped Palutena (my most wanted newcomer by a moon mile) when I first got the game. Thankfully I persevered, and daaaamn she fine.

I really wish Lucina had less endlag on, y'know, everything. She's a great character and she has all the right tools to go far, but that lag is just absurd - and it doesn't even contribute anything to her playstyle or have any rational cause for being there, it's almost literally tacked on for the sake of it being there. There's no need for it. It's like she has weights deliberately strapped to her torso just to make things arbitrarily difficult on herself.

Rant aside, Lucina is very fun. Kinda wish she stood out from Marth a bit more, but for what she is, I'm happy.

Hello, I main Little Mac but I also co-main Lucina and ZSS as part of helping myself have some help in a lot of places Mac can't win at, and you know what they are.

I never had an interest in playing her at first when I started playing her in Sm4sh, but I fell in love with her once I started learning how she works and winning with her. She's one of my best characters by far, and one of the most fun to play, but the endlag just kills her..

And when people ask me why I don't use Marth... I don't dip, I give the whole sword.

Oh, and she became my very first Amiibo after I camped out for her at Toys R Us for 4 hours on May 29th. This is only the beginning for me.
