    I'm personally glad that Lizardon did this. It brings me back to the days when I was arguing that Robin was more likely to get in than Chrom. It's been so long since I've last been here at Smashboards and I don't think I even posted to celebrate Robin's selection. Can't wait to main him!

    Excessive? In Melee you only would have unlocked 2 of the 11 unlockables with 120 matches played.

    It is an astonishing blunder since it essentially hurts both Smash Run and the online experience. It was probably the thing I was looking forward to the most so it sucks.

    SSE aside, in Brawl you'd get R.O.B. after getting over 250 trophies. Maybe it's something like that in this game too? I feel like so many of the requirements are classic-centric.

    Same. I'm readying myself for the "You've unlocked every character" announcement. R.O.B. is a pretty random choice for a last character though.
