    Dair at 0%

Seems like any way you look at it, you sort of have to respect them at 0% like they're shielding (since what you described is sort of like trying to do a low aerial on shield). I'll try harder to space myself so that I reach them at the peak of my short hop though, thanks for the info!

    Dair at 0%

Who doesn't love getting a dair at 0%? It leads into a sick shine combo every time, right? Wrong. I've been playing better players recently, and they manage to get their shield up after I dair at 0%, meaning that my shine hits their shield and I end up getting grabbed or something. How do you...

    Autocanceled bair vs shffl'd bair

It's useful for walling out nair-happy Falcons. Auto-cancel bair to immediate up-tilt is pretty safe

Luigi Q&A - Ask your Luigi questions here!

Okay, must have been my imagination. Last thing, do certain short-hop double aerial combinations auto-cancel? (Like double back-air) Thanks for your help

    Laser frequency in the ditto?

So I saw a tip from PPMD that you should dash dance between lasers versus fox to stay unpredictable and mitigate powershielding. A great tip, no doubt, and it helped me a lot. However, when I did a falco ditto with the same strategy, I felt like it always led to me losing laser control. Should...

    When to use down-air?

After, sorry. I'd delete the thread if I could. While I have you here, though, do you know if Luigi's f-smash is more powerful at close range (as opposed to well-spaced)?

Luigi Q&A - Ask your Luigi questions here!

Not sure if this thread is still a thing, but is Luigi's f-smash more powerful at close range (as opposed to well-spaced)?

    Jab follow-ups

Okay, thanks. Probably not good to practice these on CPUs for now

    Jab follow-ups

Hi everyone, I'm trying to work on my laser spacing. I've seen DP do a lot of work with SHLs to f-tilt, but I've also noticed some Falcos do SHLs to a spaced jab. However, I can't really remember what they do afterwards. Is the appeal of the jab just that it comes out even faster than f-tilt, or...

Help dealing with c-stick buffering options?

Good point OninO. Is there any way to go from a shine on shield to covering the roll away from you? Rolling away seems pretty safe to me, unless you frame trap them with a double wavedash to grab, since they'll only have a few frames out of their roll which is probably only enough to respond...

Help dealing with c-stick buffering options?

Hey Malvm, thanks for your time. It's great to see all the advice you post on these boards for people. I now realize that I don't really need to worry about a buffered spot dodge, since pretty much any follow-up attack will catch them out of it. However, I'm still struggling to deal with...

Help dealing with c-stick buffering options?

Recently, I've been trying to up my shield pressure game as Falco, and I'm at the point where I can mix-up my pillar timing and go from down-air into a semi-consistent double shine. I can also shine grab consistently. Just today, I installed the 20XX hack pack in order to train even harder, and...
