Snakes nuetral A is good :P. I was wondering if MK's Nair can gimp all recoverys. I've been trying it on diff characters and it seems to be working, but i was just working if it works on all UpB's and other forms of recovery. Meaning it stops it.

Thats sorta right. I'de say the high tier would be D3, GW, Falco, ROB, Marth. Also diddy kong should be high of High Tier.

uhh it wouldnt have been better with more/better characters.
