How do I get to be able to lay with L-Canceling and S-canceling?

This video was around a while ago, where the guy was in sound test and played certain Captain Falcon sounds to go with the beat to a smash song. If anyone knows where I can find it, it would be greatly appreciated. Searched Youtube for Captain Falcon Sound Test, nothing came up :/

First off... you're not Phanna. please stop. 2ndly.. Why do you have it where PT, MK, Pit, Marth, and DK counter over half the characters in the game? my 2nd point shows your and complete failure to understand counters and how they work in this game.. how about you wait about 6months...
