How exactly does someone pull off a waveshine? I've seen it done before and attempted it myself but i just cant do it? am i doing something wrong? please tell me step by step what to do plz. Thanks p.s. fox is not my main but i still wish to get better with him

sheik is a good counter to marth, and marth is also a good counter to fox. If anything you should still be able to beat them regardless of who you use but if your seriously considering a switch go with sheik

cut the food, it recovers almost no health (except for maximum tomatoe of course) and is just a waste of space

The best advice I can probably give for that is just dont be afraid. When it comes down to 1 stock for both players, often times you have the urge to play too conservative and you get afraid to shffl or stop L-canceling b/c of your lack of attacks. DONT BE AFRAID dont hesitate to keep doing...

well short hopping is easier or harder with diff pple, L-canceling just takes practice and timing (personally i think its best to learn it by practicing a bit on your own against a lvl 1 comp, then a lvl 9 and then incorporate it into real play b/c thats where it'll count), so on and so forth...
