Falcon's crouch cancel options are not the best. If you can pressure him to spot dodge or roll, you can punish him. Wolf's spot dodge is fast though so be quick. If you can make him swing and miss with a smash attack, you can punish. A trick I use to beat Wolf is to always try and intercept...

It is because Marth isn't as manly or as risky as the top tiers, which makes him boring. Diddy is there because while he is funny, he is clown funny. Snake, Falcon, and Sonic are ironically funny. They take themselves seriously and are not in on the joke, which makes them even more awesome.

I'd prefer it if they buffed Ganon and C. Falcon by upgrading what they're already known for, and not trying to remove their downsides. I'd rather just have them be better at what they're good at. Making a bunch of characters that are just all around good could very easily back fire on PM. Sure...
