Yeah there was a little lag. I missed a few shields while running through your projectiles because of it lol. You had a pretty good projectile wall going with Link. Was fun trying to get through it all haha

Wait, how does Diddy get better with customs? :O
He gets an Up-B finisher that works out of d-throw and kills at like 80%.

He can't recover that well with it, but I think it only affects travel angle and not distance.

Dr. Mario's dthrow>Dr. Tornado combo is really silly with rage, kills at like 80% near the edge. I also managed a spike with nado vs Sonic onstage but I'm not sure how, I think I hit with the top of Doc's fist on the second-to-last hit. Doc Nado's hitstun seems similar to Luigi Cyclone, but if he can't get that spike with a lower hitbox I don't think he can nado gimp the same way.

Luigi feels so good to use. Hating his recovery and slipperiness though, and without jumpless cyclone I don't feel like he can do much against low recoveries which bothers me. I'm regularly finding myself surprised at how much damage he does, I look at my opponent's percent wondering if they're in kill range yet and they're at like 170% even when it doesn't feel like I've done much. He slides so much on shield it feels even harder to punish hits on his shield than with Greninja, maybe I need to get in the habit of spotdodging.

Lucario's bthrow launches at a really low angle until mid-high percent. Bthrow>Aura Sphere when they hit the ground seems to work quite well, even if they tech. Lucario mirrors are some ****; you can be at 0% with your opponent at 170% and you're both about 3 hits away from death.

Yeah, it's angle; limits him to a vertical recovery.

Probably worth noting that the upB doesn't combo off of his throws or uair, he needs to get an airdodge read for it.

Well it's either the barrel blast of the hoo hah, so it's not like you have a winning option against his dthrow :/

uair already beats airdodge, it's fast enough that if you airdodge the first one he can just do it again and hit you anyway. If you've got a window to input something it should either be a double jump away, or a quick aerial that can interrupt the string (Yoshi/Luigi nair, Luma uair, etc.), the former of which won't be trapped by upB and the latter idk. Point being, it makes the already-losing option even worse while the good options are still good.

Is air-dodging a throw EVER the good option? :'D

god I like this pic too much
Okay class, it's time for a lesson in base stats!

Let's look at Furret's base stats:
85, 76, 64, 45, 55, 90
As you can see, its Special Attack is very low. So even if it was shooting beams out of its eyes ("Hyper Beams" if you will) they wouldn't do that much damage to the Steel-type buildings. It would do better to use moves like Double-Edge, but even then its Attack is mediocre and buildings have better Defense than Special Defense. Furret is no threat to house or home.

You forgot to mention that Furret is best used as a TrickScarf user.
Normal-types learn almost every move from every type.

yeah... trickscarf furry was a thing back in Gen 4. Destroyed stall. U-turn for chip damage and scouting, I don't know what else did it have aside of Trick and U-turn.
by "destroyed stall" I mean using Trick on a Pokémon that has no offensive presence.

but this Furret is 100 times the size of a normal furret therefore, so clearly it's a hundred times stronger and 100 times slower then normal
8500, 7600, 4500, 6400, 5500, .9

Since I'm behind 25 pages in this thread, I thought that I'd just skip them all and move on, but after seeing that @ Macchiato Macchiato has Lucina as his only main, I know that I missed some major stuff.

So I'm gonna catch up now lol.

Basically Machitoto said he'll main Lowtiercina, but then he went to Game and Watch, not long after he went back to Lowtiercina and berserk1 was like "you were just a G&W main a minute ago" and linked Machitoto to a thread where some guy said that "maining loads of characters won't help you improve if anything it hinders your growth".

I was like "2015 and you still haven't got a main? lolol not a good show". Then some other dude came in like "mach bro i love ya but you need to stick with one character, no hard feelings bro. we cool?".

Then Machitoto was like "i'm now a lowtier mop that cleans the high tiers kitchen floor".

berserk1 hereby declared machitoto a Lowtercina main and i said "AMEN".

EDIT: Can't double post soo.....

Someone in my region's Smash group is saying that you should always follow up Zero Skill Spamus' Dsmash into meteor Down B. Umm... no? I don't even play the character--

Oh wait, you just follow the flowchart, who am I kidding?

I care not for all of your factually erroneous fruit tier lists.

Mango is obviously SS tier.
