Metal Mario. Make him an infinitely Metal... well, Mario. Metal Box boosts his stats even more for a bit.
Change some specials. Fireball replaced by Metal Ball, Super Jump Punch would need a massive buff, F.L.U.D.D. changed to Melee Mario's down special, Cape changed to Metal Barrier. Give him a Metal Dr. Mario costume and we have the most unique clone ever!

Smeargle. Think Kirby on overdrive with a slightly worse aerial game.

Ditto. Just think of Mokujin from Tekken. Except he turns into the other characters colored in different shades of the same color.

agumon he could be the size of olmar and after he takes enough damage and would evolve in to greymon what would be a little or same size of bowser it would be the same moves just more power behind them and his final smash would be metal greymon because wargreymn first appeared in the anime
