Yoshi's grab doesn't work at max range

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when using Yoshi, when you attempt to grab (or neutral b, I don't remember which) the opponent at max range, he won't be pulled in all the way, but will rather be pulled right in front of Yoshi and have time to attack Yoshi before the animation ends.
