Here, we do not discuss/speculate on the legality of the stage, its (utter lack of) common-sense, its mechanics or whatever the **** are those "rewards".

Here we talk about the artstyle, the graphics, the presentation and its visual outcome.

As a discussion-starter, I'd like to state this:

IMHO, the option of artstyle in the WarioWare stage is definitive, as it impersonates a quasi-perfect portrayal of disdained kitsch, though under a postmodernly chaotic perspective.

The artwork isn't worth talking about, IMO, its a bunch of paint program childplay that doesn't deserve speculation.
