Wiimmfi Mod?

Is there any Vanilla Brawl mod that has Wiimmfi installed inside the codeset similar to Project M 3.6 or Brawl Minus?

I hate to make a new topic for this simple question, but I'm kind of curious, as I've yet to see any that didn't already modify the game.
