Wii u adpater feels unresponsive, pls help.

So i have project M for pc on dolphin and i use my wii u adapter to play but it feels unresponsive sometimes.It only feels like that with the analog stick and the c stick.Sometimes i would try to use the c stick to do a smash attack but nothing happens but sometimes it works.And sometimes i try to sprint but i just walk instead.Any help?
