Yes, obviously. Seriously they need to fix his crap recovery. Getting tired of dying offstage, especially when using dair.

Links recovery has been like that since 64 his recovery will always be the same

It doesnt freeze just error code 30120

Yeah, 30120 means the server is undergoing maintenance. I dunno about that one person it says is online, but it's definitely not working for me at least.
Also, the servers aren't under the control of the PMDT, so they have nothing to do with it. So no, it doesn't mean the release of 3.6 is happening Asking here won't get you any further answers than "just wait for it to come back".
