Why Did The Developers Take Away Falcon Kick's Extra Jump In BRAWL?

This takes away some of Falcon's recovery game . I think this was one of the best nerfs for Falcon in Brawl.

Ok but it isn't completely useless and it can save your *** sometimes. The problem is the removal of this feature was rather pointless because this feature didn't over power or made C Falcon broken at all.
