In the 1990s there was a sitcom called Family Matters. Like Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the Jeffersons before it, it's legacy is maintained as it portrayed an african-american family of suburban wealth (not as rich as either of those two, this was a blue collar family where the dad was a cop). On this sitcom there was an annoying nerdy neighbor named Stephen Urkel (pronounced "Steven" when he's nerdy, pronounced "Steffon" when he's suave because he invented a machine that jekyll and hydes him only with nerd and suave guy, this show jumped the shark brilliantly). Urkel was known for 90s catch phrases like "Did I do that" "No sweat my pet" "I don't have to take this, I'm going home" (last one generally used as a response to someone saying "Steve, go home"). Urkel's actor, Jaleel White, would go on to be the voice most people would identify with Sonic the Hedgehog in 90s animation all the way up to Sonic Underground.i got Urkle i never heard of this thing
