i dont actually have brawl yet but hopefully will in a month when my birthday rolls around...
so yeah just getting a leg up i guess on whos the best character\s to start play8ing with...
so ummm any help you guys have mite be helpful

brawl isnt really full of "technical" characters.

If you want some idiot to tell you whats a good character use meta knight and snake.
If you want try everyone and play as someone you like (I suggest) dont pick your main for awhile.

But seriously, BrawlBro gave you the best options. Either:

Let someone convince you into choosing Metaknight/Snake/ any other "best" character

OR

Try the cast until you find the one you like best.

The best characters are Snake and MK... at least that the widely held belief... no, seriously, those two are the characters to beat.

The most "technical" characters... well, that can range from anyone like Mario, who's FLUDD is used to gimp, to Sonic, who has horrible range and priorty, yet has many, many ways around it, to Lucario, who has the closest thing to combos in this game and has the Aura thingy where his power builds as he takes damage...

Well, I'm not gonna spoil everything for ya. Just wait until you get it and play the game.

The most technical character is ICs. Unless he's using some different definition of technical i don't know about. I think he means, as in: wavedashing is more technical than running, DACUS is more technical than hyphen smash, SHDL is more technical than clever PK thunder use, etc.

The best character in the game is Metaknight, the hardest character to use is Ice Climbers. I've been seeing them since Melee and I still have no idea how to use them.
