Today, I just so happened to get my first non-event shiny from a Wonder Trade.

A Shiny Skiddo!

As far as the ones I count go, I've got a Boldore from my White version (haven't evolved it) and two Victreebels, both caught as Bellsprouts. One I caught in LeafGreen, one I caught in Y.

Still incredibly bitter that it happened twice with a Bellsprout but I probably shouldn't be so angry since I've found shinies at all.

I've got a bunch because I RNG bred in Gen V. In Gen VI, I Masuda bred an Aegislash, Clawitzter, and Helioptile. The Gen V ones I have are Smeargle, Metagross, Espeon, Umbreon, Vaporeon, Sylveon (traded over), Gallade, Dragonite, Infernape, Weavile, Crobat, Garchomp, Mamoswine, Staraptor, Cloyster, two Charizards (one for each Mega) and some others that are slipping my mind.

I hatched a Shiny Bagon with Masuda+Shiny Charm and later that day a random guy in the GTS traded my Magikarp for a HA Shiny Eevee, I tried to push my luck even further by hatching a Shiny Treecko but that was unsuccesful

Actually hatched a shiny Inkay while I was litterally ranting to myself about how my eggs were hatching too quickly.

I have a few shinies back on my Emerald GBA cartridge, A lv 51 Mightyena ( it was evolved from a lv 3 Gold poochyena I caught) the blue eyes just made me adore it, a Yellow swablu, a purple/pink wurmple, and a numel with a blue spot on the hump. I did catch three on the generation V series, black version, I caught two pink duckletts, this happened when I was just leveling up my team back then. then on Black 2 a light green venipede. Haven't seen another shiny pokemon to catch since then.

Edit: Oh I forgot I did trade my rayquaza for a shiny rayquaza just before the Wi-Fi service on the DS shut down, I still have it, since I just quick checked.

Not counting ones that are given to you whether through in-game stuff like Red Gyarados or real-life events for shinies, I have a hard time keeping track. I've gotten some from trades, but I won't count them since I don't know if they are legit or not. Ones I got myself are Tympole and Cofagrigus in Black, Giratina from Arceus event in Heart Gold, Audino in White, and Mareep in White 2. In X I got Bunnelby which a certain someone evolved into Diggersby when I temporarily traded it for the dex, Snover which evolved by the same person, Panpour, Basculin, Paras, Zubat, and Weepinbell. From chainfishing I got a bunch of Poliwhirl which I traded away except for three. I evolved one into Poliwrath and one into Politoad. I'm the type of person who prefers keeping shinies I catch from random encounters in the state I caught them, so I got mad when the certain someone evolved my Bunnelby and Snover. >_>

My very first Shiny was a Psyduck I still own named Jonathan. I got him along with Jennifer the Crobat in my Platinum in the wild. A few weeks later while making charmanders for my brother I accidentally hatched a shiny, which I evolved into a Charizard. I caught a shiny Pachirisu last month and named her Lollipop, and Chain Fished Wally the Poliwag a few hours later. All five are sitting in my Pokemon Bank in a box labeled "Cool Guys".

Probably although I never said it was a legit shiny as is often not the case when traded online. I can get a picture of it with the Kalos born symbol if you would like though.

None. I have never caught, nor seen a shiny in my life, nor do I care if I see one. I don't focus much on catching rare/different Pokemon, all I care about is raising my team to be the best they can be.

Last time i checked i was at 114, but it's been a few weeks so it's definitely gone up X3 My prized Shiny is Ho-Oh, which it SR'd for in HeartGold. I still have my first obtained (Delibird), and my first found (Lickitung, which is now a Lickilicky)

The Rayquaza killed itself of confusion because of my general unluckiness and the fact that I was seven and had already used my master ball on the Groundon before facing Wally.

As a retired Shiny Hunter I have a lot of Shinies, such as Regice (obviously), Blaziken, Scizor, and my beloved Terrakion <3 and while I was breeding a team for the upcoming Ghost-themed online competition, this surprise happened!

I named him after the final boss of Smash 4 classic mode in higher difficulties, because Spiritomb looks like a mass of dark energy, just like Master Core. But he looks surprisingly cute <3

I hoped to be able to use him for the upcoming online Ghost-themed competition, and seimg him with the hidden ability gave me hope (so I can destroy those Mega Gergars who will use Perish Song + Substitute haha). Unfortunately the HP IV isn't perfect and the defense one is abyssmal (the perfect IVs are in attack, special defense and speed, and his nature is careful). But it's still a nice surprise, the egg moves and Dream Ball give added value, and the parents weren't even foreign!

Oh, and I got a Shiny Sunkern from Unova thanks to Wonder Trade a few days ago. I found her coloring to be somewhat weird, but then I thought the color wasn't dark enough and thus I thought I just hallucinated, but actually she had the red star on her summary screen. Thanks random person, enjoy your female 4IV Premier Ball Cottonee with a dumb nickname (yeah I'm used to give utterly dumb nicknames to my breeding rejects )

Edit 10/08/2014: lol I just remembered that Ghost-type Pokémon are immune to Shadow Tag so Mega Gengar isn't such a big deal actually

2. A Shiny Suicune I SR'd for in HG. Literally EVERY SINGLE POKEBALL I HAD FAILED, and I had no Master Ball. I had to kill him.

The first legit Shiny I've ever caught (Shiny Gyarados aside, of course) was a Shiny Pineco in Soul Silver, Evolved him in a Forretress and named him Stronghold. The poor chap is still in that cartridge, maybe I should move him to Y, one of these days.

Then we have a Shiny Basculin, a true man's fish, of the red kind, got in a wonder trade.

And my Lucario, named Shin after the Fist of the North Star character, caught during a stroll through a pal's...friend safari.

One of these days I'll have myself a Shiny Golurk, I just know it.

I used to be a shiny hunter, but I haven't played pokemon since two or three months, and with SSB, Hyrule Warriors and Bayonetta coming soon... I must finish my Snivy hunt, but I don't know when!

My first shiny is a Chikorita from HG, followed by a Cyndaquil in SS.
And my favorite one is Cottonee/Whimsicott

I got a shiny Crokonok (sp) and some other random poke i cant even remember of the top of my head.

But then I got a shiny Haxorous while trying to breed for perfect IVs, unfortunately I was only halfway done so he only has 3 perfect stats and a not helpful nature, but its still sweet.

I also reset leaf green like a million times to get a shiny charmander so I have a black Charizard now.

YES!! YES!! YES!!!! FINALLY!!!

When I got Pokémon X, the first thing I wanted to do was hunting a shiny Pokémon from the new generation, to discover its shiny form without knowing it. Unfortunately I was spoiled about too many shiny gen 6 families, and only one evolutionary line survived until now. I'm so proud about keeping my word!

I always wondered about how shiny Amaura looked like and oh my God this white fits it so well! I'm glad that it didn't turn into something pink, because I hate how a lot of blue Pokémon become pink when shiny. No custom ball because isn't possible with this species, but those egg moves definitely give added value! Now I'm going to rate this cute shiny, and... 28/31/31/31/31/31! Not perfect but close (his nature is modest). Now I'll evolve him to discover how shiny Aurorus looks like, it's probably going to be wonderful! At first I didn't use any method to increase the chances of a shiny Pokémon, but now I don't care anymore about the shiny rate so I eventually got the Shiny Charm and used foreign parents.

Edit: I evolved him and shiny Aurorus looks so freaking amazing!! But I don't like to evolve my shinies too quickly so I'll just reset and evolve him later, so he can remain cute for longer before becoming truly majestic!
