What exactly is Brawl(Waiting)?

Sometimes my friends are Brawl (Waiting), what does that even mean? Seeking = waiting for players to join, what does Waiting mean then? And if I join a game where someone is "waiting" it just d/c's me.

I think it means they're in a Basic brawl and "waiting" for more players.

I think its when the player is waiting, like in the sandbag place.

When your dc'd I'm guessing it means that they revoked your request to join or they didn't respond...

I don't know.....It doesn't really matter lol

No brawl waiting means the player is facing a friend and is currently fighting them. You can enter this and you will be in the practice stage waiting for them to be done.

if they're in a basic brawl, it'll actually say "in a basic brawl"

are you talking about when the letters are blue?
if so, that means your friend is brawling but their opponent is hosting.

i feel lame :/

Brawl (Waiting) is when your friend has hosted a game and is currently playing it.


"Brawling" is blue when either all 4 slots are taken up or the game is being hosted by somebody not on your friends list.

Brawling: Is in someone's room and isn't the host unless the room is full.
You can't join these because they aren't the host or the room is full.

Seeking Brawl: Is hosting a room and is waiting for the match to start
This is normally when people join.

Brawl (Waiting): Is hosting a room that isn't full and a match is in progress
When you join these, you'll sit in the waiting room until the match is finished.
