Weird P:M/Brawl hybrid of a menu that crashes the game. Already reinstalled, and still happens.

Just what the title says, however, the second time, it was in a different way. The CSS loaded, but it was Brawl's, except 2 Warios, Pokemon trainer as well as Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard, and Zero Suit Samus were all there. On the corners, it seems that P:M's collision is there, so it crashes. Also, yay, really loud buzzing!

This wont be a PM bug, it will be user error on installation.

Format, re download, reinstall. then hit the troubleshooting guides.

you're missing details like your boot method etc.
