You said it was stalling. Stalling=Banned, therefore to you, the technique is banned.

Indeed, it is ban-able in my eyes. Therefore, if I were a TO, I would ban the Luigi Ladder under the stage to prevent its use as a stalling tactic. You would not ban it if you were a TO. So we have a difference in opinions, and I respect that, but I simply want to iterate that I do
not think that the smash community would be justified in banning this "technique" since there may be TOs who think it is acceptable. I am glad to see that we have a consensus.
