Wario side-b not affected by turbo?

So I'm using Wario in turbo mode, and everytime I hit my opponent with side-b, the endlag animation still shows and I can't seem to cancel any other attack out of it.

Some attacks can't be On-hit Canceled due to how they're coded or how they call hitboxes. Wario's Shoulder Bash is likely one of them.
