In one of my matches I mis-fired from one side of the stage to the other, turned around to get back and mis-fired again! This went on 4 times and I finally stopped when I needed it most and died.

Another time I went kamikaze and mis-fired at my brother who was recovering and killed him. I happened to die too. ^_^

in a ffa i saw my friend misfire my other friend used marios cape and tossed him into my a nearby fox and killed him.

once when we were on battle field and by mistake I did a missle which ended up being a misfire that sent me off the edge so I did a missle to recover and it was a misfire which again sent m over the other edge when trying to recover it misfired again only this time the misfire was intercepted by Falco. I had a pretty good laugh about it.

Getting the misfire caped into someone else is also very funny.

once me and a friend fought on final destination we both had one stock left and aournd 70-80 damage i missfired off stage and missfired back on stage only when i came back on stage i hit him and won the match

well, i was loosing horribly, and, i had like 189 percent and my frien had like 12 and he was coming bak, he was gglypuff, and i just dont know y, i pressed side b, and i missfired him and killed him XD

Also the funniest thing happened to me a couple days ago. I was recovering with missle, (not misfire), and my friend just hit a strong move on jiggs that sent her flying (150+ percent), she was sent into the cape of a mario, which turned her around (eliminating her lag). She's still going a million miles per hour and while shes flying by me she RESTS SOMEHOW AND HITS ME WITH IT.

it was the most fast paced **** i ever seen.

Edit: This is irrelvant to this but it happened today and it was FUNNY!!


I was CF againt my brother's Y. Link at Kongo Jungle 64 and he was at 100% and I decide to dair him, wrong move! I happen to hit him into the barrel which I happen to Up B to recovery into him after he came out of the barrel and he happen to live and I happened to die.

i was fighting watty's samus with my luigi in a best of 5 money match
5th match, DK 64 i think, last stock

watty is like at 70% and im at 130%

im recovering and get a misfire, but i go through a super missle, and fully charged beam, and still hit watty

i had a bruise on my arm for a week after he beat the **** outta me from being so pissed

At the right side of hyrule once i green missiled of the top of the tower didn't fully charge but flew right over the side for some reason my opponent jumped to try and strike me however i hit them first and we both went off funny though

After remembering the ROFL video, whenever I play Captain Falcon or Ganon's with Luigi I will edgeguard them with the missile, because ONE OF THESE DAYS, I'll be able to post here saying that I edgeguarded someone with a misfire and it was awesome

Double post, don't care, had TOO much good **** happen today

- While comboing a Fox I was trying to keep it going with a tornado tech chase, accidentally hit side b, and I did a misfire tech chase, killing him

- After being knocked off Battlefield I misfired and over shot the stage, misfired again in the other direction and was knocked off further. I was under the edge when the Fox edge gaurded and I used tornado recovery and up B to try and get back on. He didn't roll in time and fell to his death as the up b knocked him off and I grabbed on

And then I hit a misfire over the stage, misfire back to hit him and he dies

That's too funny, I once hit a fox recovering with his firefox with the misfire. He was going to land on the stage so I decided to see what would happen if I tried the green missile and I misfired.

I've done the same thing but more than two times in a match. :D I was playing my brother and when I'd knock him out, I decided to have fun with it and try to Green Missile edge guard, but instead I'd get a misfire and he'd be pissed about the Green Missile "going through the fire!!". Good times.

One time I tried a green missile into Roy, but a Dr. Mario caped me the other way. I flew off the side and attempted to recover with a green missile. I misfired and shot straight back onto the stage and hit Roy anyway.

I Chained Threw a Fox twice ( damage started at zero ) to Upsmash and then they missed the tech so I used my Down smash and followed with a down B, this when it became interesting since I was trying to get footage. so I got creative and I used a F-tilt after the down B. That is when I prepared for the gamble. They teched behind me and I misfired behind me for the KO. *( the greatest Combo I ever did ) and it was supposed to be footage for a vid I'm making but my friend did'nt even record it. I WAS PISSED...... ( the stage was FD btw )

this isn't a misfire but its still funny. My friend was playing fox and he smashed me off so i tornado recoveryd and he edge guarded me so i use the missile i hit him, up B'd and edge guarded him instead, he was so pissed it was awesome

I bet your friend recorded it but he didn't want you to showcase his shame.

It was on the Hyrule Temple stage and i got shot off the boxes left edge and i was too far down (at the time i didnt know wallteching) but by the time I was to low i was just pressing buttons and misfired two times while hitting the wall under the box. DOH. X_X

With Luigi I always go for misfire combos xD But the best I ever had was at FoD when going against my friends marth I tornadoed, did a couple of uptilts and then something that knocked him a little forward in front. Well I was gonna tech chase with another tornado but my hand slipped and I accidentally did the missile and it misfired. Lol this happened in the first few seconds of the match and I didn't get hit at all. I'm just mad I never recorded it :/

Hmm, let me think..... Ive misfired halfway across Temple saving my @$$ from edgeguarding.... THEN getting pwned.... Well, not always. Ive misfired into stage hazards, instant death conditions, and double misfires hoping to land without getting hit.

Well, once, I was playing teams with a Samus. We had our last opponent on one stock, high percent...I charged a Down-B and he fired a full blast. I msifired about the same time the blast connected, and there was a really loud "CHING" noise and our opponent went high left.

Another time, I was playing a Marth, and he was trying to Ken combo me. He screwed up a tiny bit, but I knew I was still screwed, so I down-b in an attempt to misfire...and I did. Didn't kill him, but gave me some nice breathing room.
