Up+B desynch

Ever since i saw that one vid of that japanese IC player posted here a lil while back, i've been intrigued by the Up+b out of shield... Recently i've been using it rather than a spot dodge and it seems to work way better...

The main reason it seems to work is because when I blizzard afterwards, nana is a bit higher which catches people who would usually just jump over... And a solo nana fair is quite useful as well...

There's quite a bit of lag time on Popo, though, so it's not without flaws.

But does nana's attack come out quicker than if it was spot dodged?

I can never get the timing right for this. I always jump and then Up-B. I do it on occasion but now as often as I would like.
