You misspelt Tyranitar
If your thread is dying, it's because the character has too little star power in itself to be supported or because your OP lacks enough content to stirr discussion.

You have both cases here.

Edit: And... it's Final Smash, not Ultra Smash.
And while Lucario's is going hyper, Charizard's works because it gives him the unique ability of unlimited flight for the duration. Mega Tyranitar... would be less mobile.
