Transfering Replays to the internet

So yeah, we all know that there is no way to just place the replay on the internet straight from the SD card because it is not a real video file, but many people have mentioned using a gamebridge.

A few things:

Gamebridge:
-What IS a gamebridge?

-What requirements do I need before I operate a gamebridge?

-How expensive is it?

-Any assembly required?

-How good is the quality?

-How do you transfer replays from the wii to the internet using a gamebridge?
