Training mode weird glitch

For some reason I've leaved my Wii on over three hours with PM on training mode with Sonic and Lucario on Yoshi's story, now i've saw it, and what happened? they gone epileptic! O _ O weird
i've uploaded it on youtube (sorry for the bad quality, i don't have a capture card(or somewhat needed for that)

i did not have edited the character animations/models/effects/etc or the stage data/music/etc
after attemping to move sonic, the game crashed :3
my first bug report, maybe the WEIRDEST ONE

I have experienced similar issues with training mode after extended play. When moving, my character suddenly starts doing spastic animations that seem to be flinch animations or item throw animations randomly. If I continue playing, the game always crashes.

you could just describe it as the characters twitching, instead of putting a real human disorder on it...
