tornado problem

can someone tell me how you use the tornado when your recovering from falling plz

i'm finding it hard to do

First of all you need to do a tornado on the ground this is always necessary if you want to use the tornado recovery is like some sort of charge.

To recover mash the b button as fast as you can you need to do it really fast.

Once again someone who neglected to use the search bar before they made a topic. God ****.

Also, to help u get it. Try doing a torpedo then mashing the b button DURING your torpedo, then once the torpedo is done your finger is already at full mashing speed so u just press down and off u fly.
