Smash 3DS There is no "Smash 4 Workshop" So Imma ask this here...

I know to ask how does one go about modding the music in smash for 3DS and if doing so will have any negative repercussions, like, being banned or online lag. Any help is appreciated.

There are no publicly available methods for modding music into the game yet. When such methods arise, that information will be released.

I'm afraid I can't answer that. Once hacking / modding becomes widely available for both 3DS and Wii U, we'll know.
