Can't you change the time on your 3DS? Or has that already been tested and can't be done therefore making you wait for 3 hours?

Darn it's like 12:20am where I live and I keep getting an error code 011-3139 when I try to sign in on to the 3ds eshop. then when I look it up on the support site it tells me I need to call them! I just want to download the game!

anyone else having this problem?

That won't work. if it did, I would already have the game. mine was set a whole day ahead!

Haha it's very tempting but I'm actually buying a Wii U at launch based on sheer hype! Wii U has many good games but Smash has always been a console seller to me! Just think how O MAZING that HD Smash is gonna look! Haha
