against bluezaft i tried to shieldgrab way too much lol

against chexr I finally see a flaw with FD, in that even tho uthrow uair wont combo, it puts you in an awkward position way up in the air and if I make a false move fox can take advantage of it.

funnily enough people say "oh once they learn the matchup zelda cannot win" and yet I got ***** first 3 games and then won the next 3 in a row

Just yesterday, I discovered a new, not really, way to avoid Falco's lasers. Just camp on the edge of a platform. If Falco is on the main floor, he can't hit you with a SHL. If he tries to full jump laser, you'll have enough time to run off the platform without having to try the complicated platform drops. And if he tried to do a full jump triple laser, you'll still have enough time to shield the last laser. Also, by being on/near the edge, you can waveland/edgecancel off which improves your mobility.

Still a sort of WIP.

Y >= 45

If Y is 45 or less, Zelda can escape it. (Did I do math right?)

+ edge limits his stupid recovery
- top platform is too high

Fountain of Dreams
+ platforms can be real good at times
+ pretty high ceiling
- close off camera bubble area makes his recovery ambiguous

Yoshi's Story
+ close walls means less edgeguarding his stupid upB
- he can ledgehop to the platforms which is annoying

Pokemon Stadium
+ no top platform
- low ceiling

Final Destination
+ chaingrabs
+ upthrow to kick
- ceiling not very high
- lasers
- he upthrows you and waits, can be difficult to come down

Dreamland
+ you live longer
- so does fox
- that means more failed edgeguards on fox's stupid upB
- top platform is way too high
- he can run circles around you

idk about frame data but

if you DI left or right, he should NEVER hit you, like ever. maybe magus or somebody could figure this out and see if its possible (i dont think it is humanly feasible, even if it is barely possible)
if you don't DI, he has to be fast but he can catch you with it barely I think

And at that time I just felt like kels didn't know what he was doing against Zelda. I would assume by now he would have learned enough gayness to beat you. But you came out strong :D nice work.

brinstar's probably not too bad though, the lake does some fronzling there, taking matches off hugs and shiz from what ive seen

i lost a match on brinstar to a peach at scsyn3 in pools, but i can see it being ok vs other matchups. i rarely play on the stage and im bad at it tho

zelda is really good at brinstar in general. you can live surprisingly long so long as you avoid blatant kill moves. zelda on the other hand makes excellent use of her blatant kill moves.

so they have a 1 frame window to keep shining you if you attempt to Naryu's Love (that is, if you time it perfectly).

I'd much rather opt to just TRANSFORM or be hilarious and fair them.
