Results of CMU OGS-hosted Crew Battle
3-23-07:
1st Place - The Man Inside Me (PockyD, Wesley, XYT, K_Walk)
2nd - 7th - Everyone else
We played a total of 5 crew battles, the last 2 being a single-elimination playoffs between the top 4 teams. As Wesley so finely put it, except for one match where we d*cked around with Wesley going Mewtwo (where he successfully glitched one poor soul on Battlefield), we never sent out more than 2 players to finish off our 4-manned opponents. Hahaha... you know what that means... multiple streaks of 9+ against CMU's best.
Some of them were pretty decent, but I guess they were just overwhelmed.
I feel really bad with this "bandwagon" deal that's started up, 'cause I'll have let down so many if I don't go to Ohio. Well, I'll think about it and get back to you all with a final decision by later this week, no later than Thursday. I need to just look at such things like my exam schedule, if anything else is going down that day, and considering if I even want to go. Okay peace y'all CMU (us 4) owns.

I am going to put forth every last effort I can possibly muster in these coming weeks to rediscover my A-game, especially with the Ohio tourney nearing.
Also, Wesley, did you ever find your copy of Smash? I believe you currently have mine which you took to CMU (but take my word for it that you can use it for as long as need be). Don't know what to tell ya' -- setting up your cube yesterday, there sure as hell was no game inside. I didn't actually check your backpack for a copy, so that's the only place I could guess it may still be...
