FIRST APPEARANCE: PAPER MARIO, 2000

General Guy is the leader of the Shy Guys and the mastermind behind the robbings in Toad Town, also appearing as the quite difficult boss of Shy Guy's Toy Box. He also made a cameo in Brawl as a sticker. The General is a fan-favorite Paper Mario character and has lots of potential to make a great boss fight. Since Shy Guys are deconfirmed, why not General Guy?
