Except that only [randomly] happens on with anyone mode, so you're not going to ever know who it was. Whoever places last can enable or disable cpus in the vacancies in With Friends mode, so just kill the cpu, take the guy who placed last to his last stock, and suicide all your stocks in order to insure you get the choice and he gets screwed out of a win. You could always tell him in-game using a "name" in your player box saying "NOCPU" afterward to further cement your frustration into your opponent's mind.
